Shipping is free on all UK orders.

UK delivery is made using Royal Mail Tracked for scarves. This is a service that is tracked and requires a signature. 
All other products are despatched using Royal Mail Second Class.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return/exchange an item please contact us first by email at penny@pennymaltby.co.uk. within 14 days. Please tell us why you are returning your goods. We will then advise you of the return address. Once received, we will process your request within 14 working days.

Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us so please send the parcel using a trackable delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund/return items lost in the post.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the items that you purchase while they are in your possession. Tags should not be removed from any item. Goods should not be damaged in any way and returned in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
